Health Coach
Christine Mestdagh, BS, MM, IHP is a certified integrative health practitioner whose personal health journey sparked her passion for helping others.
After years of struggling with multiple diagnoses and relying on medications that merely masked her symptoms, she discovered the power of a root-cause approach. Drawing from her scientific background and clinical experience, she decided to dive deeper and found that functional lab testing revealed the missing puzzle pieces to her health, identifying the underlying deficiencies and toxicities that needed to be addressed to restore balance to her body as a whole. Now, she’s dedicated to helping others uncover the root of their health challenges to achieve peak wellness and reach their solstice (😉).
